<p>1/2 cup plus 2 T brown sugar</p>
<p>2 T sugar</p>
<p>4 tsp cornstarch</p>
<p>Gradually stir in 3/4 cup whipping cream. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes till slightly thickened. Remove from heat stir in 1 T margarine till melted. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted).</p>
<p>Serve warm over ice cream.</p>

<p>1 tsp cinnamon</p>
<p>2 T corn starch</p>
<p>In saucepan combine 1 cup water, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil.</p>
<p>Stir corn starch into 1/4 cup water. Pour into boiling sugar water and stir till boiling. Remove fron heat.</p>
<p>Put peaches and juice into blender and blend till smooth.</p>
<p>Add to syrup mixture and stir well.</p>
