<p>2 bottles beer (12 oz each)</p>
<p>4 fully cooked bratwurst</p>
<p>1 T steak sauce</p>
<p>4 flour tortillas (warm)</p>
<p>4 slices cheese</p>
<p>Heat grill to medium heat. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large skillet on mid-high heat 5 min till onions are golden brown; cover. Simmer on low heat 10 min.</p>
<p>In saucepan bring beer to boil; add brats and cook 5 min. Drain brats, place on grill and grill 4-5 min until heated through and browned.</p>
<p>Stir steak sauce into onions. Top tortillas with cheese slices, onions and brats; roll up.</p>

<p>2 lettuce leaves</p>

<p>Heat grill for 5 minutes, grill bacon for 4-6 minutes (turning once) until crisp. Drain on paper towels.</p>
<p>Grill chicken 4-6 minutes, till juices run clear.</p>
<p>Spread toasted bread slices with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon between toast slices.</p>

<p>1/4 cup mayonnaise</p>
<p>2 tsp Worcestershire sauce</p>
<p>1/4 tsp celery seed</p>
<p>8 uncooked bratwurst links</p>
<p>8 brat buns</p>
<p>In small combine mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and celery seed. Pour 3/4 cup into a large resealable plastic bag; add brats. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce.</p>
<p>Drain brats and discard marinade. Grill brats, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning frequently.</p>
<p>Baste with 2 T of reserved sauce; grill 3 minutes longer.</p>
<p>Turn and baste with 2 T sauce; grill 3-5 minutes longer or until no longer pink.</p>
<p>Serve on buns with remaining sauce.</p>
