1 white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Mix and pat 3/4 of the dough into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Melt together -
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Pour over crust.
Dot rest of cake mixture on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
