Peach Syrup or Topping

1 – 29 oz can sliced peaches

1 1/4 cup water divided

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

2 T corn starch

In saucepan combine 1 cup water, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil.

Stir corn starch into 1/4 cup water. Pour into boiling sugar water and stir till boiling. Remove fron heat.

Put peaches and juice into blender and blend till smooth.

Add to syrup mixture and stir well.
