Banana Bars

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

3/4 cup sour cream

3 mashed bananas

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

nuts if desired

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add remaing ingredients and mix well.

Pour into greased 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.

Cool and frost.

Frosting -

3 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar

Cream together and frost bars.

If desired sprinkle nuts on top of frosting.
