1 (2 lb) pkg frozen hash browns
1/2 cup chopped onion
16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup margarine (melted)
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Combine sour cream, soup, onion and melted margarine.
Stir in hash browns and spread into greased 9×13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes.
