Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

2 T honey

1 tsp dried Oregano

1 tsp water

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine above ingredients in bowl.

Broil 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, 4 inches from heat. 3 minutes on each side.

Brush with mustard sauce.

Broil 4-6 minutes longer till juices run clear, basting and turning several times.

Serve on toasted buns with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
