1 large can sauerkraut (well drained)
1 onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 small can red pimento
2 cups chopped celery
Mix together.
Dressing -
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tsp celery seed
dash of salt
Mix together and pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
