Cream Cheese Pie Crust

1 cup flour

1 1/2 ounce cream cheese

1/2 cup soften butter

Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Using a pastry knife cut through ingredients until you have an evenly distributed crumbly mixture.

Put mixture in a 8 inch pie pan. Flour your hands (to keep dough from sticking to you), press and spread dough evenly around the bottom and sides of pie pan forming a pie crust. Make sure you have created a solid crust without cracks or your filling may seep through.

Baking options -

Bake at 475 degrees in preheated oven 8-10 minutes. Crust should be light golden brown. Let completely cool completely before filling.

May also be used for pecan or fruit filling pies and bake as directed.
