Fish Batter

1 cup flour

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup Real Lemon

1 egg (beaten)

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

Mix above ingredients together.

Dip fish in Real Lemon, coat with flour then dip in batter.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain.

Serve immediately.

Refrigerate leftovers.
