2-1/2 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 ( 14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 tsp almond extract
In a bowl, toss together the coconut, flour and salt. Stir in the condensed milk and almond extract until blended. (Mixture will be thick and sticky)
Drop by teaspoon 3 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 300 degrees 18-22 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
