Crust -
14 whole graham crackers (crushed)
1/3 cup margarine (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and press into bottom of 9×13 cake pan.
Filling -
3 (8 ounce pkgs) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix until blended. Stir in banana and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Topping -
1 cup strawberries
1 banana (sliced)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 (8 ounce can) pineapple chunks (drained)
Toss sliced banana with lemon juice. Top filling with strawberries, banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Store in refrigerator.
