1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk (divided)
2 cups sugar (divided)
1/2 cup margarine
1 (14 ounce) bag coconut
12 ounce chocolate chips
25 large marshmallows
Bake cake as directed but use a 10×15 inch pan with high sides. Cool completely.
In saucepan combine 1/2 can of milk and 1 cup sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Stir in the coconut. Pour over cooled cake and let set until cooled.
In saucepan combine 1/2 can milk and 1 cup sugar and bring to a rolling boil and remove from heat, add the chocolate chips and stir until dissolved.
Spread over cake and let set.
