Midwest Bacon and Cheese

6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 T mayonnaise

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp caraway or poppy seed

In small bowl combine ingredients.

Spread mixture on melba toast or crackers.

Arrange on plate and microwave on high 30-60 seconds till heated. Rotate plate 1/4 turn after 20 seconds.
