2 cups water
2 cups vinegar
Scant 1/4 cup salad oil
4 cups cubed ham
1 onion (diced)
Mix water, vinegar and oil in blender.
Pour mixture over ham and onion. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
Let set a few days before serving.
